Summary of Position

We’re looking for a Technical Support Agent to handle support requests from our customers. You will be responsible for walking customers through our software, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely. The Technical Support Agent will also be responsible for communicating with our Development team about suspected software problems. If you feel you’re a candidate please reach out to us.

Provide Tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting to our users via telephone, email, and chat. Advise customers on product functionality, features, and other support related inquiries. Facilitate conflict resolution and/or escalation. Manage user expectations related to subscription inquiries. Candidate should possess good judgment and decision-making abilities.
